SwipePort Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
SwipePort is a browser extension operated by NEUXMIND (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. This policy explains how SwipePort handles information when saving reference ads from supported public ad libraries, checking workspace connection status, and opening an upload entry point.
1. Information We Handle
When a user connects a workspace and visits a supported ad library page, SwipePort handles publicly available ad information from the current page that is needed to identify ad cards and save assets. This may include:
- Ad images and videos;
- Image or video media URLs;
- Ad identifiers, media types, and other information needed to identify ads and save assets.
SwipePort extracts the relevant media URLs and starts local saving only after the user clicks “Save with SwipePort.”
When a user chooses to connect an Advariant workspace, SwipePort reads the Advariant Web workspace connection-state cookie only to determine whether the workspace is connected.
SwipePort does not read account passwords or payment information, and does not collect browsing history unrelated to these functions. It does not collect a complete history of the user’s browsing activity.
2. How We Use Information
SwipePort uses the relevant information only to:
- Identify ad cards in supported ad libraries and display the save entry point;
- Respond to a user-initiated save action and extract the selected ad assets;
- Save selected assets to the user’s device and create the local filenames needed to save them;
- Display finding, saving, completed, or failed status messages;
- Determine whether an Advariant workspace is connected;
- Open the Advariant upload entry point when the user actively chooses to do so.
3. Local Processing, Network Requests, and Storage
SwipePort primarily processes ad card information, media URLs, and connection status in the browser. The current version does not upload ad assets, ad page data, or workspace connection status to SwipePort’s own servers.
When a user actively saves an asset, the browser requests the file from the relevant ad platform or media CDN using the media URL. Those requests may be handled by the relevant ad platform, media CDN, or browser under their own privacy policies and network rules. SwipePort does not additionally upload ad assets, account passwords, or workspace connection information to those services.
Selected assets are saved to the user’s device. SwipePort does not automatically upload saved assets to an Advariant workspace. The user must actively open the upload entry point, choose local files, and complete the upload. Subsequent processing in the Advariant workspace is governed by Advariant’s privacy policy.
Workspace connection status is read only while the extension is running to determine connection status. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
4. Information Sharing
SwipePort does not sell user data or use it for advertising, personalized advertising, profiling, credit assessment, or purposes unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
SwipePort does not transmit users’ ad assets, ad page data, or workspace connection status to its own servers. To complete a user-initiated save, the browser requests asset resources from the relevant ad platform or media CDN.
When a user actively uploads files to an Advariant workspace, subsequent processing is governed by Advariant’s privacy policy. If the user uploads files to another service, the processing is governed by that service’s privacy policy.
5. Browser Permissions and Page Access
SwipePort uses the following browser permissions and page matching scopes:
- Cookies: Read the Advariant Web workspace connection-state cookie only to determine whether the workspace is connected;
- Downloads: Save ad assets to the local device after the user actively clicks the save button and obtain download status;
- Ad library page access: Provide ad identification and asset-saving functionality only on Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Ad Library, and TikTok Top Ads pages.
SwipePort uses these permissions and page access scopes only as needed to save ad assets and determine workspace connection status.
6. Information Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, minimize the permissions requested by the extension, and protect the information handled by the extension against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or loss.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should manage files saved on their devices responsibly and ensure that they have the right to save and use the relevant ad assets.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when SwipePort’s features or information-handling practices change. The updated version will be published on this page and will take effect on the effective date shown on the page.
